The Location

This is our new holiday home and we believe that we have a sensational property in a location that is second to none. Janette and I have been Florida villa owners for many years. When we needed to upgrade our property in 2014 we decided to purchase a new villa first, then add additional features to the property to meet our specifications.

Our first concern was to get a property in the best possible location and we think we've achieved just that. Situated 5 minutes from the I-4 you are able to get to any location rapidly, but are well away from freeway noise. Disney is within a 10 minute drive and the other theme parks are quickly reached by going slightly further north on the I-4. We are midway between the Gulf and Atlantic coasts allowing you to get to the villa from Sanford, Orlando International or Tampa airports in reasonable time, or to spend time at the beaches on either coast within a one hour drive.

Our location in the local community is excellent. Cypress Pointe is a new development that is complete and is a small enclave of high quality houses. The community is gated with controlled, keypad access. The main part of Cypress Pointe is situated along a treelined access road for added privacy. Our villa is situated in the top corner of Cypress Pointe. As a consequence no-one need pass our villa to get access to another villa so there is no passing traffic noise.

Cypress Pointe is situated about half a mile along a small road for even greater privacy, but with easy access to local amenities. Within a 2-3 minute drive are supermarket, gas station, bank, gym facilities, and several fast food outlets. Top notch golf facilities are similarly within 5 minutes of the villa together with a range of upmarket fine dining Japanese, high quality Italian, American themed sports bar and American dining, as well as further medium range restaurant facilities and fast food at Championsgate 4-5 minutes from the villa.
